Actually Alpha I don't really care who I sell my wheat to. But given I am a co-operative member of the CBH Group, AUstralia's largest bulk handler of grain, I'd probably be keen to see them able to trade on the export market.
Your comprehension of the Wheat industry is signal of someone who once worked for them. Not only was heirarchy busy brainwashing farmers with their team of spin doctors, they were working on the average AWB employee as well. This fear of multinationals is such a mispelt conspiracy theory. Deal with the same crap surrounding the introduction of GMOs. Give me one example of a deregulated market in this country that is headed for the toilet. Or better still look across the Tasman to see how complete deregulation spawns a dynamic and highly profitable economy.
