I wont be buying back in to CEY during this cycle as I really do believe there is too much hype regarding coal and its growth prospects i may be wrong but then again there is an element of dotcom craziness. Also as far as the greenie protests at the anvil hill site must say i wasnt aware off it but it doesnt surprise me. Here is a little more inside info. CEY currently has a project call Newstan Auger mine it sits across the road from the colliery in a valley that contains a water course that runs into a creek then into Lake Macquarie. Conditions for mining were made by the EPA CEY ignored them it rained result massive pollution its still before the courts. Head of local greenie group was one J P Young high profile with connections so that would be how the greenies have become involved i guess
