Given that the FCT contracts is getting to end, my thoughts are that could be coming quite soon.
The ACC/APG, already responsible for the XTclave plate testing, has launched a presolicitation for a 5 year contract supplying SAPI plates. The tender will be online at the end of March.
I have a very strong feeling Xtek will be involved somehow, either by going with a licencing deal, or a joint venture with at least one body armor manufacturer.
