I can assure you, You are incorrect, I certainly have spent time at Ernest Henry Mine.
Performed Lining at Ernest Henry in 2007.

Details
Rubber-Lining performed by Beltreco (Now Sandvik Materials Handling).
Rubber that was installed in March 2007 to Tanks/Pipes etc was 6mm thick Rema Chemoline4.
Adhesive used was SC4000
Rubber to Metal primer used was Chemlock 205

A Company by the name of TLS, Total Lining Services, was also on site performing similar Lining Tasks.
