The consultants prepared a detailed advice which showed substantial proved, probable and possible reserves of oil and gas. A copy of that report appears as attachment CD-4 to Mr Damiano's first affidavit. An update of the initial report was provided by the consultants on 29 November 2017.  It appears as attachment CD-40 to Mr Damiano's second affidavit. If anything it shows that the initial estimates were on the low side

i would expect that any appeal on the quantum would fail dismally as the mention  above shows that the revised updated report demonstrated these guys were getting a bargain bigtime.

looks like a well thought out ruling to me.
