With the board now controlled by majority , who want their money back, and a new law iminent, that allows the free transfer of funds, this should jump to a pretty high percentage of nett asset backing as a minimum. Might even trade on a reasonably solid PE ratio.. That would be a bonanza but its certainly possible with the Chinese Government keen to become a world player in open market investment.
