Back in 2015 and 2016 XPD made two dividend payments of 1 cent per share each time.
Since then XPD has been profitable and has over $60m of retained earning which should hopefully be able to be used to declare a dividend from or arrange a buy back.
My preference is a combination of both dividend and share buyback. This will depend on the tax implications in China for both options.
