someone wants out, and just takes whatever they can get.
thought, it would have been much wiser to wait after 1/2 yearly report release to find out if a dividend will be pay.
with the profit and cash in bank. 1 cent per share dividend is not out of the question.
The only hold back for this stock is Jiameng Zhang and he only hold 20% of the stock anyway.
