Indeed it does. There was a similar 250k parcel dropped a fortnight ago, so I'd suspect it was a large holder exiting.
Funnily enough, a similar thing happened to UNL the other week. Someone in the company confirmed it was a Top20 holder who had lost patience.

Now for the good news. My recent prophecy has come to fruition. Apptopia showing 9.8k in iOS downloads for the previous 30 days, +89.5%. If the trend holds for another 5 or 6 days we'll approach 11k for the 30 day period for an increase of over 100% month on month.
