Something else that may be of interest is that their largest shareholder at circa 42% of SOI (Adcock) who has been adding recently is an entity associated with John Nantes, WZR Chairman and presumably the brother of CEO Anthony Nantes.

Not a bad main shareholder I reckon. I looked into this as it had crossed my mind that Adcock may have been flicking a few out. Having seen who is behind it however this seems extremely unlikely.

WZR have around 535m SOI with ~31m held by management directly and 224m held by John Nantes related Adcock. This accounts for 255m shares that are unlikely to hit market. This leaves 280m tops that may be considered free float, it’s likely a lot less.

Last week 65m shares were traded, so far this week 15m. It’s going to be getting a lot tighter

Management have various performance milestones based on share price appreciation. IMO they will meet the bulk of them this year
