It was a joke Tweet by another poster which I saw over on the bird. Just I'm using a more politically correct term.
If you missed the tweet you wouldn't get the joke or my message above. I was just thanking that poster for adding arrows on their charts, as someone who's a bit of a noob to TA, the arrows are good pointers what to look for.
