fyi, SEA currently trades at $46/boe of Proved Reserves (64% light oil) while
LNR currently trades at $23/boe of Proved Reserves (87% light oil).
Hope you understand the implications from this tremendous valuation gap.
Moreover, this below is the table with LNR's major shareholders. You can also find it at LNR's presentation or you can contact the company. Hope you can read that the INSIDERS OWNERSHIP remains 65%, which is the highest among any E&P company I know.
SEA's insiders ownership is well below 10%.
