I have a question Jako, I am just finding it hard to believe...

I have a question Jako, I am just finding it hard to believe that the big players who manipulate the shareprice still follow the "rules" of the chart. I mean they actually respect the past levels of resistance and support. Take the chart of RAP for example I couldn't believe that it was pushed down to hit 31.7c exactly before it could move upwards.



If the aim of the accumulators is to get as many shares as possible why don't they break this levels, break the rules, throw everybody off ?
