Looks like it is drawing out supply from the 7cps level, which is causing some difficulties.
Remember that each time it pushes up and over 7cps (even if it fails at the time), the resistance will be slowly eroded.
If price can successfully get above 7.8cps, then the resistance appears to be reduced until about 15cps (with mostly only minor resistance in between).
