Not necessarily, it depends how you are trading it, and over what sort of timeframe (if you were a long termer, trading it on the weekly, monthly or quarterly chart it would not worry you too much at all........but a short term or intraday trader would sit up and pay attention for sure).
It does however suggest it encountered some difficulties on Wednesday.
The volume was higher again, and it was quite high volume overall, and on all that volume - the spread narrowed considerably........so it was facing supply or selling pressure for sure.....whether it can absorb that supply and keep moving higher, or pulls back a little and attempts to shakeout that supply, or becomes overwhelmed and turns down....all remains to be seen.
It should be noted that this stock has been a powerhouse for a long time, so I wouldn't expect some short term supply will do much to harm to it for very long.....
