Personally, I would just start watching at the 33min level, when Gav hands over to Philip, but if you want to suffer a bit, watch from the start.
(if you have not experienced Gav before, you will probably be immune to the pain anyway.....)

Philip Friston is a retired private funds manager, who used VSA combined with Fundamental analysis to successfully invest funds and negotiate the markets over an entire career.  He is quite conservative, mild mannered and patient, and explains the VSA principles very well.   He is one of the webinar presenters who I watched a lot, when I was learning about VSA and Wyckoff analysis.
