Yes, once you get an eye for them, they are reasonably common..and also show or suggest the presence of professional interest (support) in an instrument.
Just remember little springs often work better than big springs (big deep springs are usually either shakeouts, or can represent serious supply which may eventually overwhelm demand over time).
Whereas little fine springs are tests that demand or support is still present & strong, and they work best in uptrends, at the end of an accumulation, or after a breakout above a trading range.
