Just found a great book that uses the holistic approach- systems building, Wychoff patterns and mental state management.
Wychoff says mental state management is 50% of success-others say 80%- so I've been doing a lot of reading about this but its throwing me off getting results lately,- I think this book has some innovative 21st century skills that I've never known about.
