It is not exactly a spring in the true sense of the word (on a daily chart it may be more clear though), but you could argue it is 'a spring of the test of the breakout' for sure, and that is legitimate (although it appears as the spring has done what it could already, and price may now come back for a secondary test)

The other way of describing that recent trading, is the bar you have marked as a spring, is an intraweek shakeout, and price responded positively to it.
Now price appears to be coming back to test the shakeout.
