Firstly, A Big Welcome to all of the newish HC members looking and researching both VSA and Wyckoff. This is a fun and great learning thread so make sure you start asking some questions. When I first started I was somewhat hesitant, but then after realizing that to make more progress I needed to post my questions etc, it all flowed onwards from there..............so please ask away and participate, as it will fast track your learning. I am sure Jako, Zandaya and all of the team will agree with my sentiments.
Re 64eheh and taking into account sector analysis, then commodity and currency factors I can see that all of a sudden a road block has appeared which imo at present are not relevant for the current exercise that we are now working on.... @Jako64 your input here would be helpful so we are all on the same page.
64eheh clearly from listening to your posts your knowledge is vast in many trading areas, however all we are starting to do is to forget all of the macro issues that could potentially have an impact on a company and just keep it basic, in other words nothing else matters exccept the price, volume and the interaction of these two over a particular trading period eg daily, weekly, hourly etc
So all we are doing is looking at whatever chart is posted, taking into account nothing else except the relationship between price and volume. That is all we are doing presently until everyone including myself has a major grasp of bar by bar analysis.
Anything outside of this is not relevant for this exercise. Yes those macro issues you mentioned have an impact but that is not the point of this exercise. Hope you understand and feel free to share your VSA and Wyckoff analysis if you wish....We are all here to share ideas, and discuss bar charts from the abovementioned perspective only.

PS I am way behind in my workload, so wont be until tomorrow until I can start to add some commentary to our first chart. Hey Z, made it good, cause in 2-3 years, I am going to pull your post and mine and we can both look back and have a chuckle
