    Here are a heap more test type bars on this chart (below).
    As there are a multitude of test bars (more than 10 I think, especially if you include the no supply bars), they come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, and some have higher volume, or wide'ish spreads which are really types of mini shakeouts......but are considered types of tests.
    Here is the VSA indicator list again, and you can see all of the different types of tests and no supply bars (listed as confirmation indicators).

    Just remember, tests work best in up trends, less reliable in a sideways range, and are unreliable in a downtrend.
    Here is the chart...definitely in an uptrend overall, you can see how often tests (or at least attempts to test can appear), they are not always this common, but in a decent uptrend they appear quite often.   After a while you get a good eye for them......
