That was all pretty complex, try not to over complicate things too much if possible (Wyckoff is generally considered to be fairly simple and logical),
but I think I understand what you are saying, and if so, yes (in big liquid markets especially) each side of the ledger try to make it as difficult as possible for the other side to operate.
