By understanding what he's calling a "Hidden Upthrust", I get a better insight into what the bars in the lower time frame are doing or why that bar is interesting for SOW. He also calls it a no demand upthrust. So a no demand plus a close below resistance is quite different and I think better to understand than a VSA hidden upthrust.
I'm pretty dumb at understanding this stuff so for me, his planned out lectures are better than TG's up in the air spaghetti vids.
