I got on there for a month a while back and downloaded a bunch using some sort of bodged-up firefox video download plugin. Can't remember how as it's been a while. Mostly ignored Gavin's stuff. Some can only be played using VLC player which is free. In the end I found it easier to go directly to the Wyckoff sources for information — Weis, Dayton, Fullet etc. There's only so much info someone else can give you, after that it's just doing it, survive your mistakes without going broke and finding out what works for you.
