Oh that's OK, it s not too bad so far.
Most traders all have a bit of an ego (it is almost a prerequisite for a trader), so you'll probably need to give them a little room to move.
It is the "my analysis is better than yours" & "your style is not valid" that was the main problems that came up from time to time on the old thread.
