I've read posts from others complaining of the opposite where they say they are first in the queue yet the next sales reported are at their price level but occur on chix, it may be something as simple as your broker using chix as first preference but showing you a combined queue with the two orders that get leapfrogged being on asx. Only a guess but I'd suggest documenting the instances preferably with before and after screenshots then contacting your broker and asking them.
