Yep, I think I understand what your saying and I think it comes down to differing interpretations of a similar term, possibly used in different ways? And that's ok, I can completely understand what your saying and it makes sense, my use is literally identifying a part of the structure that is over and above the rest of the range in Phase D as I described previously.
