SMN - it's been in a Downtrend and it still is but what concerns me is the fact that this joint's been 'operating' now for a number of years and No Revenue and No Profit

Humm, I wouldn't touch it. Better stick to coys with proven financial performances as you have a better chance of getting some return. But please, my usual disclosure: don't hold me to it.
