Cheers @gypaetus. Sometimes in an uptrend you have bars that finish low but demand is clearly in control as the lows keep rising. There's no supply they are just selling bars. It's something I'm still getting my eye in with so I'm not an expert, but the amount of range and volume of the down bar should tell us something. Look at MSB recently.
