That chart is AGY (Argosy minerals) They are into Lithium brines.
One of the most reliable of indicators which when added to the chart has been the Fibbonachi levels shows up the relevance of the trend lines, indicators etc and their placements.

I personally am expecting a healthy retracement given the history of the chart pattern but there is a lot happening with them just now that is probably better explained on the AGY thread.
