Yep, I generally agree with that.

There is still weakness overhead.....although there is that recent shakeout now........so two opposing forces......

You can see the two bars that appeared as though price would breakdown, but they both failed to follow through to the downside, and now today's bar appears poised to breakdown........but there is no certainty it will.

When price does not respond as expected, especially repeatedly, there is usually something serious going on, the difficult part is working out just what it is.......at some point it will become more clear....no doubt.
