I keep watching it, but it is not responding as expected, and that is usually a warning.....and a good reason to stay out....
Twice it has appeared poised to break down....but it didn't,
and twice the expected response looked like it should move higher....but didn't
Now today, it looks poised to break down again....but will it ??
