Wyckoff trading method, page-1573

OK Regal became a substantial holder 13/4/16 with 10,771,617 shares (held by UBS 6,909,061 CS 1,387,151 & BAML 2,475,405) buying @ $0.325-$0.605 from 15/1/16 - 13/4/16

Regal offloaded just over 4M shares (4,037,847) from $0.7075 - $0.84 from 26/7/16 - 28/9/16 at which point they no longer were a substantial holder although it looks like they still had about 6,733,770 shares.

However, even though Regal are no longer substantial BAML are, so they still have to report any changes which includes the shares they hold on behalf of Regal - hence the recent notices.

Between 8/8/16 & 20/9/16 BAML returned & then reborrowed 2,475,405 shares (? has BAML even bought the shares they hold for Regal???)

Then 28/9/16 returned 57 shares (it's not clear from the notice whether the 1.3M shares they sold between 13/10/16 - 1/2/17 were on their own account or on behalf of Regal)
