@Jako64 I'm currently reading "trades about to happen", something Tom Williams says is that if a price spends a significant time bouncing along the low of the trading range (resistance) there is a high chance that the SP will break it and draw out supply before a big run up.
I was thinking about RAP. I feel like if it will run its coming up to that point but if I wanted to grab a whole bunch I'd break that resistance zone to get as much as I can before the news starts to flow. It broke it a little today but the volume wasn't big enough for a spring? I guess tomorrow will tell. The one thing I have learn't from this thread is never make a judgment on one bar!
RAP Weekly (~18month chart)
RAP Daily (6months)
Some of the comments you made the other night on "how strong a resistance area could be" were quite relevant on IIL the other day. A resistant zone that I had marked (below) provided no hindrance what so ever, probably because as you said, it was created by a climatic event / absorption event.
So good to see all this in the real time.
