Hmmm, I wonder if they somehow made it for me personally, it was arranged by Heidi in support@metastock, because I said I was reluctant to renew my subscription unless I could get combined data (they still fail to understand why.....).
I can email you my list, and you can add that (and just keep updating it with new codes as you come across them, like I do)
