Yes, just ask if they can email you an up to date list of "AU Consolidated Symbols" (I should get one too).
Once you get the attached list in an email, save the attached file to The Downloader folder where MetaStock is installed.
This is generally c:\Program Files (x86)\Equis\The Downloader
You can then use the Lookup and under Type find the file to add all to a folder.
