yes, I do have it, and switch on the analysis sometimes.......but mostly now just use the plain charts.
There used to be quite a few on HC who used it, but most have switched to better more improved software.
It is a good educational tool when you are first starting out for sure, but is quite expensive, quite inaccurate, and very very clunky and old fashion software.
It does not do much more than VSA analysis.....and has hardly any indicators, only very very basic drawing tools , no comment boxes, no forks etc
They keep saying they are doing a complete re-write of the software, but have been saying that for over two years........
When it comes down to it, the main thing the software does, is identify some VSA style bars, and has a comments box to learn about that indicator and whether it is valid in this particular case (you can probably get a free download of these comment boxes on the net it's called "trading in the shadow of the smart money" I think).
Anyway, just read master the markets (or 'the undeclared secrets that drive the stock market'), then get any old cheap or free software if you are just starting out, switch off the colours and set the average volume line to ~14 periods, and learn to identify the different types of VSA style bars (the various climactic actions, and the confirmation bars). To start with just post the different bars you can identify on this thread, and I will confirm your results (in the nicest possible way), and at the same time continue to ask plenty of questions........why.....
Then you can start doing your own analysis, and watch the results, see where you made mistakes and why, and do some more analysis.
If you are in a position to actually buy software, choose one which can do everything you want....plus more, because while it is great to know all about VSA and Wyckoff analysis, some of the other styles of analysis are worth knowing as well, so if buying, get the best you can afford, and one which suits the type of instruments you trade.
after that, if you are doing OK with your analysis, and you want to take your analysis up a notch to the next level, we'll see what we can do here, or I can recommend where to go, or what to do next.
cheers
