Hi Jako,
Appreciating the wealth of knowledge shared here, thank you
Follow up on AHZ,
IMO appears to be going through Phase C of accumulation but this still needs to be confirmed with volume and strength increasing from here, I'd be looking for mark up inside Trading Range to be beginning from this point on, to be followed by JAC, a SOS. Potential test of the shakeout today, IF confirmed, with strength in the recent background should continue higher.
A breakdown here would potentially show continuing signs of weakness and the lack of strength to complete this cycle and therefore the further risk of retesting the shakeout low or risk forming a lower low beyond that.
Could I ask for an opinion on Phase A, the placement of the SCX, I placed it according to what I saw as an increased stopping volume and increased spread closing on high indicating demand overcoming supply or buyers coming in, however I've had some feedback that the SCX "should be the largest move" indicating the next low that I have indicated as ST1 would be correct placement. Are both approaches correct or can the size of the move trump the higher volume which I believed to be the indicator of the SCX?
Looking forward to a nice day outside in the sun working today, have a great day
Cheers HF
