Thanks for reminding me, I forgot I had a post to respond to over here.....

No a 'squat bar' is not part of the VSA or Wyckoff lexicon that I know of.
But yes, those narrow spread higher volume bars are always worth making note of (when Tom Williams was hand drawing charts in the 1960's and 1970's, he said he would put a wad of chewing gum on the chart to mark them, so he didn't forget......)
