I expect some of the difficulties being seen at these levels are because price is attempting to exceed the previous highs from Feb 2015 @1.82
It does look like there is 'intent' to move higher, so if you are looking for an entry, perhaps price will initially accelerate away, then come back and test the breakout from above, which if successful would offer an opportunity for a potential low risk entry.
