"Lippo" teaming up with "JSAT" to build a comms network.... Early days with a three school pilot project.... but these are both serious companies being allowed to assist in the region.

The next article deals with Jakarta/Papua business links being formed/improved.
Rubber plantation farmers/workers seemingly happy to do business with those from Jakarta.
Article certainly paints the picture of locals relatively happy with the progress/deals being made.
Delicate subject.... but interesting article.
