Bit more detail hitting the papers this week with the Papua Province highway scheme looking like its going ahead.
Been reading it a lot lately.... "Jakarta Post" a reasonable source of info for Papua... politics aside. The highway details are being echoed in other news sources though... so seems legit.
Nothing directly relating to WWI of course... but does paint the picture of Indonesia trying to be more transparent in its dealings, and get on an deliver promised development projects.
