Reasons why I am willing to take risks
I think this has 70-80% chance of paying off from 1.2c
What I see is the following
If both permits granted - MC will swell to 30-40 million, that is a payoff of 3-1
If failure occurs - MC will drop to 4-5 million - Risk of 50% of capital
Risk of 50% for 300% on what I deem probability higher than 70%, well if this was the track I would be jamming this pony with every cent
That is my analysis and my own research, it is a punt but everything is in this sector
