I participated in the SPP and probably back in the Top 20 with the shares I have been buying of late directly but must admit I need to prepare myself mentally for the fact that WWI will fail.  It is certainly a possibility and anyone who says otherwise is dreaming.   I am 90% confident WWI will come through but there is always the risk the permits and mining right will not be issued if they encounter opposition in SA.   The climate for raising cash is not great at the moment so even if they get half million from the SPP, that will be a good result.   Anyway hopefully the first permit will be issued by Xmas but my bet is January or February and if they do get approved, both will probably get approved at the same time since the first one is taking so long.
