I think it almost a certainty that they will get the mining rights. Things, to me, all went pear shaped when they did the ridiculously ill conceived deal in the Pilbara. They were very late to the then play and issued way too many shares that are still being dumped into the market. IMO until those shares/shareholders are out, which could be very soon, we will remain around here, notwithstanding some uplift from the mining rights announcement
