mcreek, you are right....everything hinges on the mining right and nothing is certain. Lots can go wrong and do go wrong from time to time. Derewo alluvial project was a goer a couple of times but look what happened. I am confident though the mining right will be issued because of the good standing WWI has with authorities and the locals not to mention the number of jobs it will create for the locals.
