I agree with 2 and 3 of your points.
However, point 1 does not take into account the fact that the company has identified its average ore grade. This is not an inferred or even indicated resource - it is in the measured category.
One swallow doth not a summer make - and just like the comments of Artistotle, one processed section of an orebody does not affect the average of the whole orebody.
