I have accumulated a decent position (~1.9M shares) in this stock over the last month or so. If the SP is still at these levels when the two additional Wits permits are grants (assuming they will be), I will likely double my holding.
Potentially we could be sitting on a much larger JORC resource than the 3.26M oz (previously ~12M oz under the JORC 1997 edition of the Code) that we currently have in WBP. I expect we’ll see a resource upgrade later in the year. Even the most conservative in-situ value of that resource is much greater than our current EV.
With cash in the bank and ground in the ground plus a solid and experienced management team, I see little downside risk here. All IMHO of course.
