1. Bgd was quick to release the fact that they had nothing substantial to release from the talks in china.
Thinking back, boulder don't generally waste their time with an announcement that reveals nothing.
This could be a sign of something more positive than some may think.

Previous market sensitive announcements were quite often preceded by a brief run in share price, revealing the fact (idea) that bgd could be a leaky ship.
This was pointed out point blank by asx prior to the Ann of the mou with china...(with the associated queries).
Maybe... Just maybe, boulder want to get this one through to the market without the subsequent heat from asx by releasing such an insignificant Ann.
To put it another way, boulder may have released the last Ann to stem the tide of "word of mouth" buys, and share price movement prior to the price sensitive Ann. And therefore looking to be towing the line, at least from the price queries point of view from asx.

Some may ask WHY!!!
I have alluded to this in previous posts but I believe the recent placements are going to the same euro investors as did at the share price highs a few years back.
The company wants the placement to go thru at the original placement price of 10c. (keep the people putting money on the table happy)
The price therefore can't fall to far below 10c (placement won't happen) , and share price preferably not go too far above 10c..( keep current share holders happy).
In conclusion,
With the information that was not quite market sensitive enough to Ann to the public , may well be enough information to seal the deal with placement investors.
I will be looking at the sp closely over the next few days, in my mind, if it is so obviously propped as it was today with $300 odd dollars worth of shares going through to get the price to that 10c level, I will look at it as a positive.
All in all I believe master foods little bgd/wuhan script, could well be a real live screen play in the near future...
I'll just be keeping a close eye on price movement in the meantime!
