I would expect shareholders to vote late Dec/early Jan you wouldn't expect them to vote a deal down that has made their shares go up 200%.

Groote ore was formed in the sea when oceans where higher - you could expect that the seas surrounding Groote will hold MgO of the same nature as on the Groote land.

For me it's a no brainer, by the time it gets drilled and proven the stock will be much higher, much much higher...
